These are the questions customers ask us most often about delivery, answered in the order they usually come up. Each answer starts with the short version and then explains the detail.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Short answer: anywhere in the United States, including PO boxes and military addresses.

That covers street addresses, PO boxes and APO/FPO destinations. What it does not cover is international delivery, and we cannot hand a parcel to a forwarding agent so it can be sent on elsewhere. Orders addressed outside the United States are refused at the border, so the delivery country should be checked before an order is confirmed.

The reason for the limit is practical rather than administrative. Once a parcel leaves the country we lose the ability to trace it, to replace it cheaply, or to bring it back within the return window, and we would rather decline an order at the checkout than take one we cannot stand behind.

Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories sit at the edge of the network. They are served, but on a slower service that adds two to three working days to every transit figure on this page.

If an address falls outside the area, the checkout refuses the order before payment is taken, so nothing is charged for a parcel that could not have been sent.

How soon will you be packing my order?

Short answer: the same working day if you order before 2pm, otherwise the next working day.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked, packed and labelled the next business day. Anything later, at a weekend or on a public holiday is dealt with on the next working day.

The warehouse operates Monday to Friday and does not dispatch on public holidays, which is why a Friday evening order begins its journey at the start of the following week rather than over the weekend.

Every parcel is packed by hand and the contents checked against the order. Fragile or oversized items receive additional protection, which can add one working day; where that happens we email you rather than leaving you to work it out from the tracking.

If the dispatch estimate in your confirmation changes, you will hear from us. What will not happen is silence.

How long does delivery take?

Short answer: 3 to 5 business days from the first carrier scan, counted in working days.

The carrier scan starts the clock, not the moment you placed the order. A parcel collected late on a Friday therefore begins its transit on the following working day, which is worth allowing for when a date matters.

Rural addresses, mountain districts and island territories usually sit at the upper end of that window, because the parcel passes through more sorting stages before reaching the local delivery office.

One national carrier handles every parcel. That keeps tracking consistent across every order, but it also means a single parcel cannot be upgraded, re-routed or held at a depot for collection once it is in the network.

If you need something for a fixed date, ask before ordering. We would rather tell you the timing is tight than take the order and hope.

What will shipping cost?

Short answer: free once your merchandise total reaches $85 before tax; one flat rate below that.

There is no per-item surcharge and no handling fee. Adding a second item to the same order does not increase the shipping charge, because the parcel was being sent in any case.

We do not offer an express or next-day tier. Every order travels on the same tracked ground service, which keeps both the promise and the pricing simple and means there is no faster option to weigh up.

The threshold is measured on the discounted merchandise subtotal before tax, rather than on the final total. A basket that sits just under the line is often cheaper to top up than to pay the flat rate.

We review shipping rates from time to time. The rate that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout at the moment you confirm it.

How do I track my parcel?

Short answer: a tracking number reaches your inbox as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, usually within 24 hours of dispatch.

Tracking updates at each sorting hub rather than continuously. A page that has not changed for a day is not by itself a sign of trouble, and we see exactly the same information you do.

If nothing has moved for two working days, write to [email protected] with the order reference and we will open a trace with the carrier ourselves. That is usually quicker than you chasing it, because we hold the account and the paperwork.

We will tell you the outcome either way, including when the answer is that the carrier has declared the parcel lost.

Where a trace concludes that a parcel cannot be found, we settle with you rather than leaving the case open while the carrier finishes its internal process.

What happens if my parcel is late or damaged?

Short answer: tell us within seven days of delivery, with photographs, and we will deal with the carrier on your behalf.

Send the order reference to [email protected] and attach a photograph of the item and its packaging. Photographs settle most claims faster than a description, because the carrier's own form asks for them.

Please keep the outer box and any internal protection until the matter is closed. Carriers frequently ask to inspect the packaging, and a claim can stall while that inspection is pending.

Once a claim is confirmed you may choose a replacement or a refund. If a replacement is unavailable because the stock has gone, we refund instead and tell you directly rather than leaving you waiting.

A delay caused by weather or a carrier backlog does not create a claim, but you will still be told what is happening rather than being left to guess.

Can I change the delivery address?

Short answer: yes, but only while the order is still being packed.

Send the order reference and the complete corrected address to [email protected] as soon as you notice the mistake. Once the carrier has scanned the parcel the destination is fixed, and neither we nor the carrier can alter it.

If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete, or because nobody was there to take delivery, we will contact you about a second dispatch. The cost of that second dispatch falls to you, because the first attempt has already been paid for.

Where the mistake was ours rather than yours, the second dispatch is arranged at no cost, and we will say plainly that the error was on our side.

A parcel cannot be redirected to a different address after dispatch, and the carrier will not accept a change of destination from us once the label has been scanned.
